On Overall Victory Business

全胜经营学以《道德经》的"道"为哲学基础,以《孙子兵法》的"全胜"为基本理念,以《孙子兵法》的逻辑框架为理论体系,借鉴和吸收当代西方先进管理思想和理论,和西方管理学在哲学基础、思维模式、认识论、方法论、基本理念、理论体系等方面均存在本质区别,是现代东方管理学的一个理论创新,是中国人自己的现代管理学。重点阐述全胜经营学的基本概念、全胜经营学的思想体系、以道为尊的企业模型,并概述全胜经营学与西方管理学的本质区别,以及在现代企业管理中的实践应用。

Overall victory business is philosophically based on the Tao in Tao Te Ching,takes the overall victory in Military Science of Sun Tzu as its fundamental notion,and accepts the logical structure of Military Science of Sun Tzu as its theoretical system. It utilizes and absorbs the advanced management thoughts and theories in modern western societies and is intrinsically different from western management in terms of philosophical basis, thinking mode,ideology,methodology, basic concept and theoretical system. It is a theoretical innovation in modern eastern business and Chinese modern business of its own. This article lays emphasis on the introduction of the basic concept of overall victory business, the thinking system of overall victory business and the enterprise mode of highly respecting Tao ,summarizes the intrinsically difference between overall victory business and western management and its relevant practice in modern enterprise management.
