Analysis on Construction of Tender Evaluation Methods for Book Procurement in Middle and Primary Schools

针对中小学图书实行部门集中采购的现实状况,设计适合部门集中采购需要的评标内容,通过具体的实践,分析并构建更科学的中小学图书采购评标办法。

In accordance with the current situation in which the model of centralized procurement by departments is adopted for book procurement at schools,this paper intends to present the tender evaluation content meeting the requirement in this regard,and on the basis of the concrete practice,analyzes the construction of tender evaluation methods for book procurement at schools.
