首先通过分析教育技术专业人才就业现状,理清教育技术专业人才就业困难的主要原因,并结合国外教育技术人才培养方案和就业去向得到的启示,探索出以培养复合型、实用型教育技术人才为目标,以提升高等教育的教学质量为导向,充分重视学生实践技能的训练,能够适应社会用人需求的,具备专业能力的教育技术专业人才培养策略。

According to the survey of employment situation of educational and technology personnel, this thesis finds the main reason of difficulties in finding jobs. Combined with the revelation of training program and employment destination in America , a training strategy to make educational and technology personnel adapt to the needs of the community requisition and have professional ability is explored. The strategy aim at training the versatile and practical education and technical talents, orientate on enhancing the quality of teaching in undergraduate education and paying full attention to the students in practical skills training.
