国有企业青年工人组织承诺现状分析——基于包头钢铁集团青年工人的实证分析

摘要 从包钢青年工人组织承诺现状看,国有企业青工的组织承诺水平与国外员工组织承诺水平有较大差异,这些不同应引起国企管理者的高度重视。国有企业管理者应建立良好的企业文化氛围,创建良好的工作环境,构建员工职业生涯管理系统,提升职工的满意感,使企业持续稳定发展。
