摘要
当机构处于死点位置时,其机械效率等于0。文中基于机构机械效率与瞬心之间的关系,给出了机构处于死点位置时机构瞬心需满足的充要几何条件,全面讨论了Stephenson-Ⅲ型六杆机构所有可能发生死点的位置;它避免了处理复杂代数方程,并且在处理多杆机构时优越性更加明显,对于含有移动副的连杆机构也是可用的。
While a mechanism was situated in the dead center point,its mechanical advantage equals to zero.Based on the relationship between mechanical advantage of mechanism and instantaneous center the necessary and sufficient geometric conditions need to be satisfied for the instantaneous center of mechanism while the mechanism was situated in the dead center point position had been given out in this paper.All positions that the dead center point would happen in the Stephenson-Ⅲ typed six bar linkage have been discussed comprehensively. It avoided the handling of complex algebraic equations and there is even more evident superiority while dealing with the multi-bar linkage. It is also usable for link mecha- nism that contains moving pairs.
