Challenges in reform of Chinese medical and health system:a deep thinking

我国新医改的目标是近期缓解人民群众"看病难,看病贵"的问题,远期建立覆盖13亿城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度,为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务。但在当前形势下,新医改仍然面临诸多挑战。本文在对中国医改的发展历程和背景进行分析的基础上,从卫生筹资方式、城乡二元制、中国医药产业的创新能力、中国现行医疗卫生体制等四个方面,深入探讨了我国医药卫生体制改革所面临的挑战。

Reform of Chinese medical and heahh system intends to solve the problem of difficulties and high costs in medical service. It also aims to establish primary medical service system covering urban and rural residents. However, the reform still faces many challenges. Through analysis of the history and background of reform of Chinese medical and health system, this article focus on health financing method, disparity between urban and rural areas, innovation ability of Chinese pharmaceutical industry, and China＇ s current health system, which bring much challenges to reform of Chinese medical and health system.
