摘要
目的探讨餐饮服务环节监管工作机制。方法提出建立安全工作责任制;日常监管和专项整治相结合;创新餐饮服务环节食品安全监管方法;建立长效机制等一系列监管措施。结果与结论旨在达到提高餐饮服务环节安全监管效能,保障餐饮服务环节食品安全的目的。
Objective To discuss on the working mechanism on supervision in the catering service.Methods To put forward to set up the responsibility system of safety work,combine daily supervision with Particular renovation,innovate the mathods of food safty supervision in the catering service,built long-efficiency mechanism and a series of supervision measures.Results and Conclusions To improve the efficiency of food safty supervision in the catering service and ensure food safety in the catering service.
