Optimize Management on Safe Medication and Reduce Medical Disputes

目的分析不合理用药的原因,提出相应对策。方法从积极开展合理用药宣传、培训,加强药品不良反应监测,预防工作差错,以及改善服务态度,履行告知义务,做好沟通工作等方面入手,保证病人的用药安全。结果与结论医院应加强对药物合理应用的有效管理,从而避免医疗纠纷的发生。

Objective This article analyzed the reasons for irrational medication and outlined some countermeasures. Methods Effective management of rational application of medicines should be strengthened, active publicity and training on rational medication and monitory on ADR should be carried out and attitudes in service should be improved. So safe medication shall he guaranteed through keeping the patients informed and good communication. Results and Conclusions The hospital should strengthen effective management of rational application of medicines, and medical disputes shall be reduced.
