摘要
目的加强涉药举报投诉工作的管理。方法对太湖县食品药品监督管理局2005年下半年至2008年上半年3年中受理的涉及药品的举报投诉,从来源、途径、分布、处置、类型等方面进行了分析,提出了思考意见。结果与结论举报投诉是查处涉药违法行为的主要案源之一,应给予高度重视,采取有力举措,积极构筑群众举报投诉网络,加强药品监管。
Objective Strengthen the management of the drug-related complaints work. Methods The report was based on the drug-related complaints documented in Taihu county for the period from the second half of 2005 through the first half of 2008. The analysis was conducted from perspectives of ease sources, reporting channels, complaint categories, complainers motivations and final judgements, etc. Improvement suggestions were proposed and discussed. Results and Conclusions Report and complaint are the major source of investigated and dealt with the case involving illegal drugs, should be given high priority, take effective measures to actively build a network of people to report complaints for strengthening drug administration.
