摘要
目的建立加味八珍益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,强酸型阳离子交换色谱柱,流动相为0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺(100∶0.1)(磷酸调节pH值2.6),检测波长为190nm。结果盐酸水苏碱在0.8384~8.384μg内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6);平均回收率:98.2%,RSD=1.37%(n=6)。结论测定方法准确、重现性好,为加味八珍益母颗粒的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method to determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Bazhen Yimu Granules.Methods The samples were determined by HPLC on a strong acidic cation exchange resin column with 0.05mol·L-1 solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate-trithylamine(100∶0.1)(adjust to pH 2.6 with phosphoric acid) as the mobile phase.Detective wave length was at 190nm.Results The content of stachydrine hydrochloride on HPLC was linear in the range of 0.8384~8.384μg(r=0.9999,n=6).The average recovery was 98.2%, and RSD was 1.37% (n=6). Conclusions The method is accurate and repeatable. The method can be used for control of Bazhen Yimu Granules.
