中药配伍雷公藤减毒作用的研究进展

Research Progress on Attenuation of Compatibility of Chinese Medicine and Tripterygium

目的介绍近10年来中药配伍雷公藤减毒方面的研究概况。方法对近10年来国内外期刊中与雷公藤配伍减毒有关的文献进行检索、整理以及综述。结论一些单味中药和中药复方配伍雷公藤使用时可对抗雷公藤所致的生殖系统、肝肾系统、消化道系统、免疫系统等毒副反应。结论选择合适的具有解毒功效的单味中药或复方来配伍雷公藤使用,可对抗雷公藤所导致的毒副反应的减毒作用。

Objective To introduce the research survey on summary attenuation of compatibility of Chinese medicine and Tripterygium in the past descade. Methods Retrive, orgnize and sum up the literatures related to attenuation of compatibility of ＇I＇ripterygium in the past descade. Results Some single Chinese medicine and the compounds can be used against Tripterygium-induced toxicity such as reproductive system, liver and kidney, digestive system, immune system and so on when combining with Tripterygium. Conclusions Right single Chinese medicine and the compounds with antidotal effectiveness used together with Tripterygium can withstand Tripterygium-induced toxicity.
