比久和矮壮素对矮牵牛穴盘苗生长的控制作用 被引量:8

摘要 为了防止矮牵牛穴盘育苗徒长,采用不同浓度的比久(B9)和矮壮素(CCC)溶液叶面喷施矮牵牛穴盘苗。结果表明,B9,CCC及二者混合处理矮牵牛穴盘苗的最佳浓度分别为2500 mg/L B9、0.3% CCC、1500 mg/L B9+0.3% CCC,适宜浓度分别为1000~2500 mg/L B9、0.05%~0.3% CCC、1500 mg/L B9+0.3% CCC,3种延缓剂最佳浓度相比,效果从好到坏为:1500 mg/L B9+0.3%CCC >0.3%CCC >2500 mg/L B9,但2500 mg/L B9成本最低。当CCC处理浓度大于1%时,出现药害现象。 Often the excessive growth of Petunia takes place, which makes its quality reduced. The plug seed- lings of Petunia are treated with daminozide (B9) and chlormequat (CCC) of different concentrations by foliage spraying. The result shows: the plug seedlings of Petunia are treated with Bg, CCC and solution made up of B9 and CCC of different concentrations by spraying. Their effective and safe concentrations are 1000-2500 mg/L Bg, 0.05%-0.3% CCC and 1500 mg/L B9+0.3% CCC respectively. And their optimal concentrations are 2500 mg/L B9, 0.3% CCC and 1500 mg/L B9-I'-0.3% CCC respectively. Among the three optimal concentrations, ef- fect of 1500 mg/L BgA-0.3%CCC is the best and that of 0.3% CCC takes second place. But the price of 2500 mg/L B9 is the lowest. When the concentration of CCC is beyond 1%, the phytotoxicity of CCC on the plants will happen.
