Research Advances on Analysis of Ursolic Acid and Oleanolic Acid in Plant

熊果酸和齐墩果酸是植物中普遍存在的五环三萜化合物,具有抗炎、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗爱滋、抗菌、抗溃疡、降血糖和降血脂等功效,被广泛用于化妆品、保健食品和药品中。综述了植物中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的分析方法,并讨论了植物种类、品种、部位、采收季节、产地等因素对熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的影响,旨在为植物中熊果酸和齐墩果酸合理开发和应用提供科学依据。

Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid are widespread pentacyclic triterpenoids found in many plants, which have various effects including anti-inflammatory, liver protection, anti-tumor, anti-HIV, anti-bacterial, anti-ulcer, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect, and they are widely used in cosmetics, health food and medicines. The analysis methods of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in plant was reviewed, and the factors af- fected the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolie acid such as plant species, cuhivars, different parts, develop- mental stages, places of production, were also discussed in this paper. The aim is to provide some important in- formation about reasonable exploitation and applicationof ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in plants.
