独活寄生合剂薄层色谱鉴别的研究

Study on TLC identification of Duhuo Jisheng Mixture

目的:建立独活寄生合剂的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:对主药独活、白芍、甘草进行了薄层色谱鉴别。结果:所建立的方法均能很好的检出方中药味,斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性无干扰。结论:薄层色谱所建立的鉴别特征及方法简便,专属性强,可以做为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish a method of TLC identification for Duhuo Jisheng Mixture.Methods：Identifying Duhuo, Baishao, Gancao,the samples were separated by thin layer chromatography （TIC） and compared with the standard materials.Results：By the method ,the five kinds of medicinal materials could be recognized.Conclusion：These identification methods are simple,sensitive and useful, which can be used for quality control of Duhuo Jisheng Mixture.
