摘要
学校转型是教育改革的基本背景,教育改革要"嵌入"学校转型中,形成共变状态。教育改革在学校转型中的"嵌入",既有"适应"又有"不适"。"不适"源自于学校的制度惯习、学校成员的观念惯习以及外部环境的客观限制。调适此种"不适"需要做到以下三点:教育改革成果评价要"线性化",克服"关系丛"的侵蚀;教育改革方案设计中必须有去单位文化的考虑;教育改革要逐渐改造外部环境。
The transition of school unit is the basic background of the educational reform. The educational reform can be embedded in the transition of school unit and they are in the same state. Because of the system habits of the school unit, the members concept habits of the school as well as the objective restriction of the external environment, the implementation of educa- tional reform does not always fit the transition of school unit. To adjust the situation, we need to do the following three points: linearizing the evaluation of the results of the educational reform and overcoming the erosion of relationship group; a potential consideration of removing unit cultural technology in the design of educational reform; changing the external environment in the educational reform gradually.
