摘要
由于教育行政部门在教师成长的标准和认定方式上存在偏差,多采用强势行政力量,通过"工程"来"打造"师资,因而一些优秀教师的成长其实是一种没有遵循成长规律、非全面性和功利性的"假性成长"。要改变这一状况,需要教育行政部门确立正确的教师成长观,改进行政管理,改革教师成长标准和认定方式,这样才能促进教师的有效成长。
Since there is a serious deviation from educational administration on the standards and cognizance of the teachers' development, "to make" excellent teachers by the power of administration and project, in fact many excellent teachers are pseudo- development, which doesn't abide the regulation of development with incompleteness and utilitarian. The educational administration should hold a correct position on the teachers' development, amend the management, improve the standards and the cognizance of the teachers" development to boost the teachers' effective development.
