水性环氧树脂基复合材料的耐酸碱性能 被引量:2

摘要 以水性环氧树脂为基体制备了玻璃布/环氧树脂复合材料,通过浸泡不同时间后复合材料质量的变化研究了复合材料的吸湿性能,用万能材料试验机、扫描电子显微镜表征了复合材料的耐酸碱性能。结果表明:复合材料的吸湿行为符合Fick吸收定律,偶联剂处理对复合材料的耐水性有一定改善;复合材料的耐酸性较好,耐碱性差;偶联剂处理对复合材料的耐酸性改善不大,对耐碱性有一定改善。 A kind of glass fabric/epoxy resin composite was prepared from waterborne epoxy resin. The water absorption properties of the composite were investigated by monitoring the mass gain during the immersion procedure. The acid and alkali resistance was characterized by universal test machine and scanning electron microscope. The results indicate that the water absorption behavior can be described by Fick's law, and the water resistance of the composite can be improved by the addition of the coupling agent. The acid resistance of the glass fabric/epoxy composite is good whereas the alkali resistance is poor. Adding the coupling agent can enhance the alkali resistance to some extent, but has little influence on the acid resistance.
