摘要
目的观察当归挥发油经兔皮肤的渗透动力学行为。方法使用Franz体外释药装置,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测接收液中藁苯内酯的浓度,计算当归挥发油的经皮累积渗透量和速率常数。结果不同浓度当归挥发油皮肤渗透行为均符合Higuchi方程。结论当归挥发油具有良好的透皮性能。
Objective To study kinetics of percutaueous absorption of essential oils from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels in rabbit skin. Methods The Franz diffusion cell was used and the level of ligustilide was determined by HPLC. The cumulative permeation amount per unit area and rate constants of ligustilide through rabbit skin were calculated. Results The kenetics of different concentrations of essential oils were all consistent with Higuchi equations. Conclusion The essential oil from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels has a good percutaneous permeability.
