孟鲁司特联合卡介菌多糖核酸对轻度哮喘患儿血白三烯的影响

Influnence of Montelukast Sodium with BCG-PSN upon Serum LTs Level in Children with Slight Asthma

目的观察孟鲁司特联合卡介菌多糖核酸对轻度哮喘患儿血白三烯的影响及临床疗效。方法将239例轻度哮喘患儿分为治疗组131例,对照组108例。治疗组给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1 mL,im,qod,每晚口服孟鲁司特5 mg;对照组每晚口服孟鲁司特5 mg。两组均以36 d为1个疗程。共2个疗程。观察两组治疗后相同时间血白三烯的水平及临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为98.5%,92.6%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血白三烯水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论孟鲁司特联合卡介菌多糖核酸可明显降低轻度哮喘患儿血白三烯水平,临床疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the influence of montelukast sodium combined bacillas calmate guerin- polysaccharide nucleinic acid （BCG-PSN） upon serum LTs levels and curative effects for children with slight asthma. Methods 239 eligible patients of slight asthma were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 131 ） and control group （n = 108 ）, and they were treated with montelukast combined with BCG-PSN （treatment group） once every other day and single mintelukast （control group）, respectively for 72 d as 2 courses. The serum ehangs of LTs and clinical effect were compared between two groups. Results LTs level of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The total curative rates were 98.5 % and 92.6% （ P 〈 0.05 ） for the treatment and the control, respectively. Conclusion The combined treatment of montelukast sodium and BCG-PSN has a good effect on patients of silight bronchial asthma by reducing the infammatory factors LTs .
