不同产地通关藤药材中总皂苷与通关藤苷B的含量比较

Comparison of Contents of Steroidal Glycosides and Tenacissoside-B in Marsdenia tenacissima from Different Habitats

目的考察不同产地通关藤药材中总皂苷及通关藤苷B的含量。方法以通关藤苷B为对照品,分别采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定总皂苷和通关藤苷B的含量,并对测定方法进行了系统的方法学考察。结果广西、四川、湖北等地通关藤药材中总皂苷平均含量分别为5.7%,5.3%,4.8%;通关藤苷B平均含量分别为0.22%,0.27%,0.20%。结论广西产通关藤药材中总皂苷含量较高,四川产通关藤药材中通关藤苷B的含量较高。

Objective To compare contents of steroidal glycosides and tenacissoside-B in Marsdenia tenacissima from different habitats. Methods Contents of steroidal glycosides and tenacissoside-B were determined by UV and HPLC, respectively, and the measurement was investigated systematically. Results The average content of steroidal glycosides in Marsdenia tenacissima from Guangxi, Sichuan and Hubei were 5.7% ,5.3% ,4.8% and tenacissoside-B were 0.22% ,0.27% , 0.20% , respectively . Conclusion Marsdenia tenacissima from Guangxi contains more steroidal glycosides, and that from Sichuan has more tenacissoside-B.
