新型Gemini阳离子捕收剂对一水硬铝石和高岭石的反浮选行为 被引量:3

摘要 研究了Gemini12-4-12对一水硬铝石和高岭石的浮选行为,在中性介质(pH7~pH8)下,对一水硬铝石与高岭石的反浮选分离作了初步探讨。浮选结果表明:Gemini12-4-12在广泛的pH范围内对一水硬铝石和高岭石具有很强的捕收能力,在中性体系(pH7~pH8)及浓度3.0×10-4mol.l-1时,对一水硬铝石和高岭石的浮选回收率达到95%以上;在可溶性淀粉浓度为200mg/l的条件下,一水硬铝石全部被抑制,而且两种矿物回收率相差达70%以上,并且通过人工混合矿试验,对不同A/S的一水硬铝石和高岭石人工混合矿取得很好的分离效果。 The flotation behavior of Gemini 12-4-12 for diaspore and kaolinite is reported in this paper,and the separation of diaspore and kaolinite by reverse flotation is studied preliminarily in neutral medium(pH7~8).The pure mineral flotation results show that Gemini 12-4-12 has the strong flotation behavior effecting on diaspore and Al-silicate mineral kaolinite in a wide pH range,significantly at pH7~8 and the concentration of 3.0×10-4mol·l-1,the recovery of flotation on diaspore and kaolinite was up to over 95% ; all diaspore can be depressed while soluble starch is increased to 200mg/l, and recovery difference between two minerals mounts to more than 70 % ;By reverse flotation test, perfect separation results can be obtained for the different A/S of the artificial mixture of diaspore and kaolinite.
