摘要
为了减少环境污染,改赤泥湿法堆存为干法堆存,将是今后新建和改、扩建赤泥堆场的主要发展方向。控制赤泥的含水量,使赤泥能像堆土一样自堆积起来,是干法堆存的关键,也是干法赤泥堆场设计的技术关键。目前我国干法赤泥堆场的设计经验和资料很少,本文作者根据设计实践,提出综合气象条件,从堆场蒸发量和赤泥界限含水量两方面着手,解决干堆赤泥的设计问题。文章用大量的数据介绍了赤泥的力学状态与含水量之间的关系,分析了气候对赤泥的影响,研究了堆场蒸发能力与赤泥堆积能力之间的关系,给出了评价干法赤泥堆场堆积能力的方法。
In order to reduce environment pollution,it will be main development way of new building,transforming and expanding red mud dump to change wet red mud dump into dry red mud dump.It will be key point to control the water content of red mud and let red mud pile by itself just like pile soil,which will also be technical core of designing dry red mud dump.At present,there are few design experience and information about dry red mud dump in China. The author brought forward the method of settling the questions about design of dry red mud with controlling evaporation account of dump and water content of red mud ambit by combining synthesis weather condition. The relationship between mechanics situation and water content of red mud were introduced with a lot of data in this paper. The author also analyzed impact of weather to red mud and the relationship between evaporation ability of dump and pile ability of red mud withthese data. Finally, the method evaluating the pile ability of dry red mud dump was set up in this study.
