铝电解混合智能优化控制方法研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 铝电解优化控制生产过程的实质是将生产过程中的可控参数尽量控制在工艺要求的目标值范围内。提出了根据电解槽的槽况和运行工况实时调整控制回路设定值,将工艺指标控制在目标范围内的混合智能控制方法。本系统于2007年12月开始在中铝贵州分公司电解铝厂2分厂电解3系列的6台电解槽上线试运行,经过一年多的在线试运行,氧化铝浓度判断的准确率达到了95%以上,电压曲线基本呈现正弦(或余弦)波形,槽控系统运行平稳,主要的经济技术指标良好。 Substance of control problem of optimal control in the process of aluminium electrolytic production is to control the controllable parameters in the process of production into technological desired ranges.In this paper,A hybrid intelligent control method for process optimal operation is proposed,which controls the technique indices into the desired ranges by on-line adjusting the set-points of the control loops according to the operation work condition and cell condition of electrolytic cells.System has been running in six electrolytic cells, which belong to Electrolytic Cell Line 3 of Electrolytic Aluminium Plant 2 of China Aluminium Guizhou Branch, from December in 2007 year to now. By more than one year' s on - line test, the accuracy rate of decision of alumina concentration achieves more than 95%, voltage curve basically shows sinusoidal (or cosine) waveform, and control system of cells is running smoothly. The main economic and technical indexes are good.
