芬太尼对大鼠全心缺血再灌注心功能的影响 被引量:3

EFFECTS OF FENTANYL ON THE FUNCTION OF RAT HEARTS AFTER MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA REPERFUSION

摘要 目的观察芬太尼对离体大鼠全心缺血再灌注心功能的影响。方法30只SD大鼠分为3组,麻醉后开胸取心,经主动脉插管行Langendorf恒压灌注。平衡15min后,对照组灌注K-H液,两芬太尼组灌注含芬太尼10或30μg/L的K-H液10min,全心缺血25min,复灌30min。实验过程中测左室发展压(LVDP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左室收缩及舒张速率(+dP/dt、-dP/dt)及冠脉流量(CF)。结果两芬太尼组在复灌30min时心肌收缩和舒张功能均有改善,两芬太尼组LVDP和+(-)dP/dt比对照组显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05),而LVEDP则低于对照组(P<0.01),芬太尼组CF在复灌期均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论芬太尼对离体大鼠全心缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of fentanyl on the functional sequlae after global myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in isolated rat hearts.Methods Three groups of isolated SD rat hearts (n=9 each) were put on constant-pressure Langendorff perfusion. After 15 min of equilibration, the hearts were perfused for 10 min with K-H solution (control group) or with K-H solution containing fentanyl 10μg/L (fen 1 group) or fentanyl 30μg/L (fen 2 group). They were then subjected to 25 min of non-flow global ischemia, followde by 30 min of reperfusion. The heart function was monitored throughout the whole experimental course by measuring the hemodynamic parameters.Results The left heart function after reperfusion was improved by pre-ischemic administration of fentanyl as indicated by the increase of LVDP and +/- dP/dt (P<0.01), decrease of LVEDP (P< 0.01 ) and increase of CF (P<0.01).Conclusion Fentanyl in perfusate, especially that of 30μg/L concentration, protects the isolated rat heart against the global myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injuries.
