摘要 目前测定环境水中挥发酚主要采用4-氨基安替比林萃取分光光度法。该方法操作要求比较严格,测定结果的准确度受诸多因素的影响。根据实验得知,影响因素主要是试剂质量、试剂加入量的准确度、显色时间、样品蒸馏体积及实验用水和有机溶媒三氯甲烷等。文中总结出了避免受这些因素影响的方法。 Currently, determining the volatile phenol in water environment mainly uses the 4 - aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry. The method has a strict requirement for the operation, and the accuracy of determination re- sult is affected by many factors, according to the experiment, we know the main influencing factors are the quality of reagent, accurate dose of the reagent, coloration time, distillation volume of samples, experimental water, organic solvents of trichloromethane and so on. In this paper, the author has summed up some effective methods to avoid the influences of above - mentioned factors.
