摘要
目的:利用实验研究方法,对蒙药草乌炮制品进行药理毒理及药效学研究,评价炮制作用,为炮制工艺规范化提供依据。方法:通过测定LD50研究草乌炮制品的毒性;利用体外抑菌试验,醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进试验,大鼠纸片肉芽肿和扭体法实验等研究草乌的主要药效。结果:①烘制炮制和童尿泡制均能降低草乌的毒性,与生草乌比炮制品毒性降低显著;相比诃子汤泡制草乌毒性未减。②经体外抑菌试验证明:烘制草乌的抑菌作用较生品增强;对醋酸引起的小鼠疼痛有显著镇痛作用(P<0.05);尚能明显抑制醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性和纸片肉芽肿及炎性渗出物(P<0.05)。结论:烘制草乌毒性低,且抑菌作用增强,依然保留抗炎、镇痛等作用。草乌不宜用诃子汤炮制。
Objective :Through experimental study of the pharmaclogy and toxcity and pharmacody- namics of mongolian herb Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, to evaluate processing function and provide some reference for processing technology standardization. Methods:The toxicity of processing products in Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii is studied by examining the LD50, Besides, in this study using the modern pharmacological research methods to study principal pharmaeodynamic functions of Radix Aconiti Kus- nezoffi, such as:bacteriostasis in vitro test, increasing the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice ,gramuloma formation and twisting method. Results:①both heating processing and childs urine processing can decrease toxicity obviousty Lower than toxicity of of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, and the toxicity of processing product is CKM. By contrast , toxicity of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii that is processed by soup of Terminalia chebula Retz not decrease. ②The bacteriostasis in vitro test showed thas the heating processing product in Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii has significant effect in contrast with crude Kusnezoff Monkshwd (CKM);it has notable action on relieving acetic acid -induced Mice pain ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Also,it has significant antagonistic effect on acetic acid - induced mice celiac permeability and obvious preventing effect on mice granulation tissue formation and inflammatory exudation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The toxicity of Radix Aconiti Kusnwzoffii that was processed by heating is low and its baeteriostasis function is enhanced, and still remain its anti - inflammatory and analgestic functions. It is shouldn' t that using the soup of terminalia chebula retz to process.
