摘要
2008下半年美国引发的国际金融危机对我国经济的负面影响日益加重,已经开始对电力市场消费增长构成严重制约。而能源市场的竞争加剧,使得电力在能源市场的地位受到严重挑战,因此,供电企业必须开展并加强主动服务以及帮助客户合理利用国家电价优惠政策,进一步巩固用电市场。针对工业、商业、公共事业、居民客户和农电用户群分别提出实施主动服务的方法,并以江门供电局为例,介绍了实施主动服务所取得的成效。
The United States triggered the international financial crisis in the end of 2008, it is negative for China’s economy. It also has begun to pose a serious constraint consumption growth in electricity market. With the increasing competition in energy markets, the power in the energy market faced serious challenge. Therefore, power companies must take the initiative to develop and strengthen its services and to help customers make rational use of the national electricity policy in order to further consolidation of mar . L . ket power. In this paper, it respectively gives the implementation of "active service" approach for industry, commerce, public utilities, residents power customers and rural user group. Finally, the imple- mentation results in Jiangmen power supply bureau is given to prove the method effect.
