从《瓯北集》看赵翼的“人口论”

把《瓯北集》中有关人口问题的十多首诗歌中的思想进行梳理整合,即是一篇比较成体系的"人口论"。它与洪亮吉的《治平篇》相比各有千秋。从他们的"人口论"可以看出,到了乾隆中叶至嘉庆年间人口的剧增的确已成问题,它已经引起心系天下苍生的进步士子的高度重视。通过对赵翼有关人口问题的诗歌的研究,可以看出赵翼的思考具有不可忽视的前瞻性和实用性,从中可见其对国计民生的关注以及强烈的用世情怀。

If we comb with and carry on theirs thought conformity more than ten poetry related population questions which come from The Complete Poetry works of Zhao Yi. It is a system theory about population. Both of them have strong points comparison with Maintaining Peace of Hong Liang -ji. Through their population theories we can see that the population sharp increase indeed had been a problem from intermediate stage of Qianlong to Jiaqing year, it had caused attentions from the progressive feudal social scholars who care about common people. Through the research of Zhao Yi＇ s poetry related population question, we know that Zhao Yi＇ s thinking has the noticeable foresightedness and the usability, and see that he has obvious attention to national economy and the people＇ s livelihood as well as the intense spirit caring about the human affair.
