＂the judicial concept in criminal policy vision＂is the important theoretical result to introduce research methods of criminal policy into the criminal justice process.The judicial philosophy in the view of criminal policy is a kind of＂effective justice＂and stresses that the attention of criminal justice should be paid to education and improvement of the individuals and concern for the social effects of crime control,rather than the blind pursuit of formal justice.This is a new idea that propose to＂combat crime through the process＂, which build a theoretical platform for the study of criminal justice reform at this stage and promote criminal reconciliation initiatives of our province＇s public prosecutions to be carried out smoothly.
