本文从经济学角度出发,详细分析受贿者实施受贿犯罪的心理动因,得出受贿犯罪发现和查处概率低、受贿实际成本不高、受贿可能收益高这三点是受贿犯罪存在的根本原因,并根据这三方面提出相应的对策。

This article,from an economic point of view,analyzed the psychological motives of the bribee to find that the probability of discovery and investigation of bribery crime is low,the actual cost of bribery is not high,bribes may be high profitable,which is the root cause of bribery crime,and proposed countermeasures based on these three aspects.
