军医大学医学专业七年制临床课程设置优化的探讨

Optimization of Seven-Year System Curricula in Military Medical University

随着医学技术的高速发展,军医大学的医学教育也应适应新时期军队四个现代化建设和高科技条件下局部现代战争的需要,要培养高素质的达到硕士水平的高层次临床医学人才,必须根据军事医学的特点和培养目标来设置七年制课程,它不是四五六年制本科的课程增加与延长,也不是八年制课程的缩短,故探讨七年制医学专业本科的临床课程设置优化是十分必要和亟待解决的问题。

Exploration, construction and optimization of seven-year system curricula in military medical university are discussed from a series of interrelated perspectives: translation and concentration of the latest Sci-Tech progresses into essence, sophistication, efficiency and excellence in the curricula;adoption of successful experiences in recent years' education reforms; promotion of innovative and creative initiatives in teaching and studying to continuously push education quality improvement work forward; rational rearrangements of the teaching contents and hours between various prior, pre-clinical and clinical courses,to adapt to new and changing characteristics of medical sciences.
