针对高职院校管理的现状和问题,运用比较优势理论、权变管理理论、全面质量管理理论探讨高职院校的特色创建、管理方略与管理原则,以提高高职院校的管理质量,实现管理目标的最大化、最优化。

In view of present status and problems of management of vocational colleges,the author explore the characteristics creation of vocational colleges,strategy and principles of management by using comparative advantage theory,contingency management theory,total quality management theory to improve the management quality in Vocational colleges and to achieve maximization and the optimization of management goal.
