高校就业指导工作的创新与发展

Innovation and development of employment guidance work of College and universities

我国高校就业指导工作为促进高校毕业生就业和社会经济发展发挥了积极有效的作用。随着社会经济和就业形势的不断发展,笔者认为高校就业指导工作应当在理念、机构、教材、工作形式、学生社团活动、资源共享六个方面进行创新与发展。

Employment guidance work of colleges and universities has played an active and effective role in promoting the employment of college graduates and developing the socio-economic stabilization.With the Socio-economic development and the changes of the employment situation,employment guidance work of colleges and universities should be innovated and developed on six aspects,e.g.philosophy,institutions, textbooks,forms of work,the activities of student societies and resource sharing system.
