摘要
全球价值链各个环节在空间上的分离、重组和正常运行等是在生产者或者采购者的推动下完成。随着国际分工的进一步细化,价值链也变得更加复杂,内部环节不断增加。这时要想通过提高价值链中的单个环节的效率从而提升整个价值链的收益变得很有限,因此需要系统性地协调价值链中各个环节的活动,从而使整个价值链具有竞争力。
The isolation, reorganization and normal operation and so on of each link of global value chain are accomplished by the promotion of producers and purchasers. With the further deepening of global division of labor, value chain becomes more complex and inner links are continuing to increase. At this time, the promotion of the whole value chain gain by raising single link efficiency in the value chain is very much limited, thus, the activity of each link in the value chain needs to be systematically coordinated so that the whole value chain has competence.
