摘要
企业的技术创新模式主要有三大类:原创型技术创新、模仿型技术创新、合作型技术创新,企业规模与创新模式之间并不存在必然的联系,只有适合于自己的才是最好的。企业在采用一种创新主导模式的同时,还可组合其他模式。以重庆市力帆集团为例,剖析力帆集团的技术创新战略模式,以此作为中国企业实施技术创新战略的一个典型案例。
Enterprise technical innovation modes are mainly classified into such three types as primitive style innovation, simulation style innovation and cooperative style innovation. There is no necessary relation between enterprise scale and innovative mode, the innovative mode is the best mode which suits for the enterprise. While using a leading innovative mode, an enterprise can use Other mode combinations. Taking Lifan Group of Chongqing as an example, this paper analyzes its strategic mode of technical innovation in order to provide a typical case for Chinese enterprises to implement technical innovation strategy.
