Homosexuality is a kind of social phenomenon in human society. Although ＂homosexuality＂ is a modern concept, but in the development of human language, words expressing ＂homosexuality＂ appear one after another, reflecting social changes and development. These words are vivid, and highly expressive, thus enriching human languages. A study of theses words and their cultural sources helps us to understand the social changes and development, enrich our expressions and vocabulary, thus making us to know this phenomenon better and eliminate our discrimination against homosexuals.
