慢性心力衰竭的运动训练研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 慢性心力衰竭(心衰)是临床最常见的疾病之一,任何损害心室充盈能力或射血能力的器质性或功能性心脏病都能引起慢性心衰。尽管药物治疗可以降低心衰患者的死亡率,但却无法有效地提高患者的运动耐力,这严重影响患者的生活质量。因此,医学界开始把目光转到其他干预手段,包括生活方式的改变和运动训练等。
