社区家庭病床团队服务模式的现状分析

Teamwork model of home beds service in community

对2006年1月1日至2008年12月31日上海市虹口区10家社区卫生服务中心家庭病床使用情况进行统计分析。患者主要疾病是脑卒中、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、老年性慢性支气管炎，共占92．69％（3705／3997）。2008年与2006年相比，新建家庭病床数增加8.35％。好转和稳定的患者平均占86．01％，说明收治的慢性疾病患者疗效较好。发展和完善家庭病床团队服务模式，并使之成为社区卫生服务的有机组成部分具有重要意义。

The utilization of home bed service in 10 community health centers of Hongkou district, from January 2006 to December 2008, was reviewed. The major disorders in home bed service were stroke, hypertension, coronary disease, diabetes and the chronic bronchitis in the aged, which counted for 92. 69% of all conditions. Compare with 2006, the number of home beds was increased by 8. 35% in 2008. Statistics showed that the conditions of 86. 01% patients were improved or steady with the home bed service. There are urgent needs and demands for development and improvement of home beds service, which will be an important component in the integrated community-based health service.
