文中主要对广东交通职业技术学院近年来开展校企合作的经验做法和主要成效进行了总结。行业高职院校校企合作得以深化需要政府和行业的大力支持,要从学校发展的战略高度重视校企合作,要依托行业、主动服务于地方经济和行业发展的需求,建立起科学有效的校企合作管理运行体系,开展多种形式的合作,才能将校企合作贯穿到高职院校人才培养、课程建设、实训基地建设、师资培养等各个方面。

This paper summarizes experience in the school-enterprise cooperation and main achievements of Guangdong Communications Polytechnic in recent years. Industry vocational colleges need to deepen cooperation between government and industry, to support the development of the school from the strategic height value school-enterprise cooperation, to rely on active service industry, in the local economy and the development of the industry needs, establish a scientific and effective management system of cooperation between colleges and carry out various forms of cooperation, will the school-enterprise cooperation through the higher vocational education, curriculum construction, practice base construction, teacher training, etc.
