Analysis of"Teaching Factory"Model of Nanyang Polytechnic

新加坡"教学工厂"是一种教学模式、教学思想,它以学校为本位,其突出特点是融理论于实践中,融教学环境于企业环境中,融专业教学于行业要求中。强调教学与实践相结合、模拟现场操作、突出行业性。文中从"教学工厂"教学模式的理论基础、教学目标、教学程序、教学策略和教学评估等方面对其进行剖析,以便于我们更好地借鉴"教学工厂"教学模式成功经验,促进我国高职院校教学模式的改革。

The ＂teaching factory＂ in Singapore is a teaching model and teaching thought, which is school-based, and its prominent characteristics are： integrating theory into practice,integrating teaching environment into enterprise environment,integrating specialty teaching into industry requirement, emphasizing the combination of industry with learning, modeling field practice and outstanding industrial features. This paper analyzes teaching factory model in such aspects as theoretical base, teaching aim, teaching procedure, teaching strategy and teaching appraise etc. so that we can better learn successful experience fi＇om ＂teaching factory＂ teaching model, promoting reform of the teaching mode of advanced vocational education in our country.
