新形势下高职院校毕业生就业工作浅议

A Brief Talk on the Employment of Higher Vocational College Graduates in New Situation

针对当前金融海啸对高职院校毕业生就业的影响,文章提出了高职院校应制定全员参与就业工作的机制,开展合作教育与关键能力的训练,提高高职学生的职业能力与素质,采用多种方式拓宽就业渠道,做好就业服务工作,是提高毕业生就业数量及质量的有效途径。

Based on the great influence of financial crisis on the vocational college graduates, the machine processed of employment that must be participated by whole members is put forwarded in this paper,and the cooperation education is started ,the profession ability and inner quality of students must be raised,the professional ability and quality should be enhanced,multiple employment channels should be widened,they are effective ways to raise the quantity of start a career.
