青岛市市南区社区居民糖尿病高危人群糖尿病知识调查

Investigation on Diabetes Knowledge in High-risk Population of Diabetes among Community Residents in Shinan District of Qingdao City

[目的]了解社区居民糖尿病高危人群的基本情况及其对糖尿病知识知晓、与糖尿病相关行为情况,为促进高危人群形成健康行为提供依据。[方法]2007年11月至2008年12月,对在青岛市市南区社区居民中筛查出的7 747名糖尿病高危人群进行调查。[结果]查出的7 747名糖尿病高危人群中,已患糖尿病者占13.70%,血糖升高者占38.80%,有糖尿病家族史的占18.70%。调查对象糖尿病知识得分为A组的占88.67%,这一比例男性与女性分别为89.39%、87.99%(P>0.05),在不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同经济水平者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),吸烟与不吸烟者分别为85.01%、89.13%(P<0.01),血糖正常者与血糖升高者分别为92.10%、83.25%(P<0.01),运动时间较长者与较短者分别为89.22%、87.20%(P<0.05)。[结论]青岛市市南区糖尿病患病率较高,社区居民糖尿病知识知晓率有待进一步提高。

[Objective]To understand the basic situation of high-risk population of diabetes,knowledge of diabetes and diabetes-related behavior,in order to providing the basis for promoting the formation of health behavior in high-risk population. [Methods]From November 2007 to December 2008, investigate the 7747 high-risk population of diabetes which screened from community residents in Shinan District of Qingdao. [Results]Among the 7 747 high-risk population of diabetes,people has been suffering from diabetes accounted for 13.70%, people has been suffering from glucose going up accounted for 38.80%, people who has a family history of diabetes accounted for 18.70%. The score of diabetes knowledge in A group accounted for 88.67%, male and female were 89.39%, 87.99% （ P 〉0.05）, among the different age, education level and economic level it has significant difference for statistics（ P 〈0. 01 or P〈0.05） ;smokers and non-smokers were 85.01%,89.13%（P〈0.01） ,people has normal glucose and glucose going up were 92.10%,83.25%（ P〈0.01） .people exercises longer and shorter were 89.22%, 87.20% （ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The prevalence rate of diabetes in Shinan District of Qingdao was high,community resident＇s diabetes knowledge knowing rate waits for further enhancing.
