2008年深圳市龙岗区3～6岁健康儿童静脉血细胞值调查

Investigation on Cell Value of Venous Blood in 820 Healthy Children aged from 3 to 6 in Longgang district,Shenzhen City in 2008

[目的]了解并建立本地3～6岁健康儿童白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积及血小板的正常参考值范围,为基础和临床科研提供参考。[方法]2008年,收集深圳市龙岗区3～6岁在幼儿园就读的健康儿童820名(男童454名,女童366名),采集静脉血,用血细胞分析仪进行检测,用百分位数法确定95%可信区间。[结果]检测对象的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积及血小板计数均呈偏态分布;参考值范围,男童分别为(4.3～10.5)×109/L)、(4.09～5.48)×1012/L、(120～156)g/L、33%～43%、(164～308)×109/L,女童分别为(4.1～10.8)×109/L、(4.02～5.55)×1012/L、116～155 g/L、32%～43%、(174～312)×109/L。[结论]我区3～6岁健康儿童红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积的参考值范围大部分与文献报道一致,但白细胞计数、血小板计数与教科书的差别较大。

[Objective]To understand and establish the parameter of normal reference value of white blood cell. red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet among local healthy children aged from 3 to 6, and provide reference for basis and clinical scientific research. [Methods]820 local healthy children（boys were 454,girls were 366） from kindergartens in Longgang district were investigated. Venous blood samples were collected and tested with blood cell analyzer. 95% confidence interval was determined with method of percentiles. [Results]White blood cell count（WBC）, Red blood cell count （RBC） ,hemoglobin（Hb）,hematocrit（HCT） and platelet count（PLT） in local healthy children aged 3-6 years showed a skewed distribution. The range of reference value was （4.3～10.5）×109/L）、（4.09～5.48）×1012/L、（120～156）g/L、33%～43%、（164～308）×109/L, respectively in boys and（4.1～10.8）×109/L、（4.02～5.55）×1012/L、116～155g/L、32%～43%、（174～312）×109/L.respectively in girls. [Conclusion]The reference range of white blood cell （WBC）,Red blood cell （RBC）, hemoglobin（Hb）, hematocrit（HCT） and platelet count （PLT） among local healthy children aged 3-6 years was as same as the literature reports,however, white blood cell count, platelet count was much different with textbooks.
