2009年中山市基层医务人员糖尿病防治知识知晓情况调查

Investigation on the Awareness of Diabetes Prevention and Control Knowledge among Grassroots Medical Workers in Zhongshan City in 2009

[目的]了解基层医务人员糖尿病防治知识知晓情况。[方法]2009年在中山市抽取部分镇(区)医院和社区卫生服务站的医务人员进行调查。[结果]调查462人,糖尿病药物治疗知识、并发症知识、诊断方面知识得分分别为(90.04±16.28)分、(36.06±24.66)分、(53.94±21.40)分,总分为(65.77±11.18)分。糖尿病知识得分,得到上级医生指导、自行阅读专业文献的、参加单位外专业培训的均较高(P<0.01)。[结论]中山市基层医务人员糖尿病防治知识水平不高,接受各种培训后可以明显提高。

[Objective]To understand the awareness of diabetes prevention and control knowledge among grassroots medical workers in Zhongshan city. [Methods]Investigation was conducted among medical workers randomly selected from town hospitals and community clinics in Zhongshan city in 2009. [Results]Of the 462 medical workers investigated, the score of the awareness of the knowledge of drug treatment, complications and diagnosis was （90.04 ± 16.28）, （36.06±24.66）and（53.94±21.40）respectively. The total score was（65. 77±11.18）. The score of diabetes knowledge was higher among the medical workers supervised by doctors at higher level,reading professional document and attending training （ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The awareness rate of diabetes prevention and control knowledge among grassroots medical workers was lower in Zhongshan city. But it was obviously improved after training.
