2005～2008年开封县艾滋病流行趋势分析

Analysis of AIDS Prevalence in Kaifeng County from 2005 to 2008

[目的]了解2004年河南省有偿供血人员大普查后开封县艾滋病新发现的流行趋势,以便研究艾滋病防治的有效预防对策,为领导决策提供科学依据。[方法]对开封县2005～2008年艾滋病新发病人和感染者资料进行分析。[结果]开封县2005～2008年艾滋病新发病人和感染者106例(病人79例、感染者27例)。其中,经吸毒感染1例、经性传播途径感染21例,采血浆感染65例,输血感染15例,母婴传播2例,传播方式不详2例。[结论]开封县艾滋病总的流行趋势是性传播逐渐上升,将成为今后艾滋病防治的工作重点。

[Objective]To understand the epidemic trend of AIDS after carrying out the investigation among paid blood donors in 2004 in He＇nan Province.provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures and for decisionmaking of the government. [Methods]Data of the new AIDS patients and HIV infected cases from 2005 to 2008 in Kaifeng county were analyzed. [Results] 106 new AIDS patients and HIV infected cases were reported from 2005 to 2008 in Kaifeng county （79 AIDS patients,27 HIV infected cases）. Among them, 1 was infected through drug abuse, 21 were infected through sex transmission, 65 were infected through plasma collection, 15 were infected through blood transfusion, 2 were infected through mother to child transmission, the transmission route was unknown in 2 cases. [Conclusion]The prevalence of AIDS was going up in Kaifeng county with the main sexual transmission route,which was the key to be prevented and controlled.
