2004～2008年周口市法定报告传染病疫情分析

Analysis of the Epidemic of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Zhoukou City from 2004 to 2008

[目的]探索周口市网络直报系统运行状况下的传染病发生情况,分析流行特点和影响因素,为今后制定传染病预防控制策略和措施提供科学依据。[方法]对周口市2004～2008年法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2004～2008年,合计报告乙类和丙类传染病21种、158 040例,死亡974例,年均发病率为293.76/10万,病死率为0.62%。年发病率(/10万),2004年为217.68,2005年为274.65,2006年为278.48,2007年为333.52,2008年为362.79。年均发病率最高的5种为病毒性肝炎(131.90/10万)、肺结核(90.42/10万)、痢疾(32.44/10万)、流行性腮腺炎(10.01/10万)、麻疹(5.29/10万)。[结论]实行网络直报的2004～2008年,传染病报告发病率呈明显上升趋势,发病率居前5位的传染病是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、流行性腮腺炎和麻疹。

[Objective]To explore the prevalence of communicable diseases under the operation of net-work direct report system in Zhoukou city,analyze the epidemiological characteristic and influencing factors, provide scientific evidence for making strategies of the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the future.[Methods]Epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhoukou city from 2004-2008 were analyzed.[Results]158 040 cases of class B and class C infectious disease were reported with 2 1 kinds from 2004 to 2008. 974 cases died , the average annual incidence rate was 293.76/100 000,case fatality rate was 0.62%. The average annual incidence rate was 217.68/100 000.274.65//100 000.278.48 / 100 000,333.52/100 000 and 362.79/100 000 from 2004 to 2008 respectively. The highest average annual incidence rate of the top five infectious diseases was viral hepatitis （131.90/100 000）, pulmonary tuberculosis（90.42/100 000）, dysentery （32.44/100 000） ,mumps（10.01/100 000）and measles（5.29/100 000）.[Conclusion]The reported prevalence of notiliable communicable diseases increased obviously under the operation of network direct report system from 2004 to 2008. The fist five morbidity of infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tulerculosis, dysentery, mumps and measles.
