哈尔滨市中小学校医性教育态度及需求调查

Attitudes and Needs Regarding School Sex Education Among Elementary and Middle School Doctors in Harbin

目的了解哈尔滨市中小学校医对性健康教育的态度及需求,为开展性健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用自拟调查表,对哈尔滨市69名小学校医和98名中学校医进行无记名问卷调查。结果作为校医,80.2%的应答者表示完全支持学校性教育;而当以家长身份考虑问题时,仅有62.3%的应答者完全支持学校性教育(P=0.036)。在开设性教育课前,校医的主要顾虑是担心诱发孩子过早性行为(55.1%)和家长的反对(25.1%);而在开设性教育课后,担心家长的反对(51.5%)上升到第1位,担心诱发孩子过早性行为(29.3%)明显下降(P<0.01)。在中小学校医的性健康教育需求中,"应对学生性相关问题"和"性教育课教学"2项技巧培训分别居于第1和第2位。结论应积极促使校医观念转变,适应中小学性健康教育的需求。

Objective To examine elementary and middle school doctors＇ attitudes and needs regarding school sex education,which in order to provide basis for sex education on middle school students.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on a sample of 69 elementary school doctors and 98 middle school doctors.Results As a teacher,80.2% respondents supported school sex education,however,only 62.3% approved school giving sex education to their own children（P=0.036）.Before school sex education,55.1% respondents worried about that sex education would increase students＇ premarital sexual intercourse,and 25.1% respondents worried about rebuke from students＇ parents;after education,51.5% doctors considered rebuke from students＇ parents,and 29.3% considered that would increase students＇ premarital sexual intercourse（P〈0.01）.Among the needs regarding school sex education,＂technique training of responding to student questions regarding sexuality issue＂ and ＂technique training of having lessons＂ were the first and second needs.Conclusion School doctors should improve their attitudes to satisfy the demands of school sex education.
