An Exploration of Customs Protective System Design for Intellectual Property Rights

本文对我国知识产权海关保护制度的保护体例进行了简要介绍,从利益平衡的角度对该保护体例的设计进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进建议。

This paper briefly introduces the present Customs protective system for intellectual property rights in China,then analyzes this system design from the perspective of interest balance,and brings forward some ideas for its improvement.
