摘要
基于虚拟加工理论技术,介绍了工件、夹具、刀具的几何建模方法和虚拟数控机床的体系结构,研究了实现NC加工过程仿真的原理和方法,结果表明虚拟加工有益优质快速低成本地研发机械产品。
Based on the theory of virtual machining technology, the geometric modeling of workpiece, fixture and cutting tool and the architecture virtual CNC machine tool were introduced. The principles and methods of achieving the NC machining process simulation were studied. The results show that it is beneficial to research and develop the mechanical products in rapid, low-cost and high-quality way.
