摘要
人格转型是社会文化转型的组成部分,也是社会文化转型的动力。人格教育则在社会文化转型中处于中介和动力的地位,主要发挥着改进和提升人格的作用。现代人格教育要培养能够以"道德的方式"适应现代社会的健康人格为目标取向,其实践理念一方面依赖于中国现代化中健全的社会制度环境,另一方面,也离不开教育者适应社会发展与人的现代化大趋势的积极能动的教育活动。
Personality reforming is the social culture reforming constituent, is also the social culture reforming power. The personal education is at intermediary and the power position in social culture reforming, a mainly display is improving and the promotion personality function. The modern personal education must raise can take "the moral way" the adaptation modern society's healthy personality as the goal orientation, its practice idea relies on at the same time in the Chinese modernization the perfect social system environment, on the other hand, also cannot leave the pedagogue to adapt the social development the pedagogical activity which positive can move with person's modernized general trend.
